THE FORUM
The Forum brings together high-capacity, motivated individuals who have a sense that there’s more to be said and more to be done, but having proven ourselves in the most basic ways, are ready for that “second mountain” as David Brooks calls it.
Unlike YPO or Vistage, the Forum focuses on the personal and yes, spiritual sides of life — being a better dad and husband, working on what we are going to be when we grow up, leaving the legacy we want, and much more. It leverages the dynamic found in a small group of powerful, trusted peers facilitated by seasoned mentors to create change that results in you being your best self.
My VOCARE forum is the most important group in my life. I’ve always struggled on my own to fully integrate the personal, professional and spiritual parts of my identity. Unlike any other offering out there, VOCARE addresses the whole of what calls us — in a group, where real transformation happens.

The way we go about helping members be their best selves is through a three-fold learning progression that achieves true change.
The intentional shaping of our emotional and intellectual view of “the good life” and our associated worldview beliefs.
The intentional clarifying and addressing of the polarities that make up our lives. Gold and shadow. Head and heart. Sin and redemption. Human and Divine.
The intentional cultivating of connection to the transcendent in a community of the like-minded who strive to deepen and expand their spiritual lives.
We also believe change and transformation advances wholeness and growth in the four fundamental relationships of life that comprise Human Flourishing.
Psychological–Yourself and your inner world
Social–Others you love and for whom you are responsible
Professional–Engagement with the world through trade and accomplishment
Spiritual–The transcendent elements of life
Participants describe the Forum as a challenging, sometimes confrontive, emotionally exhausting, deeply supportive, and surprisingly catalytic. It’s not for the faint of heart. Be prepared to:
Reexamine your current view of the good life.
Challenge life structures and habits that inhibit living in the flow.
Renew a sense of calling and purpose…your destiny.
Deepen understanding and ownership of your unique abilities…your design.
Explore the light and dark sides of your leadership.
Integrate models of spiritual formation and human maturity.
Accept the collective wisdom from trusted, experienced leaders for your current work/life challenges.
