As the VOCARE founder, Jay integrates his graduate education in psychology at Denver University, an agrarian upbringing, 25 years of marriage and family counseling, and his faith to teach $5-250M business owning families how to work with those you love and enjoy Thanksgiving dinner.

As a consulting engineer for 15 years, Dru developed a passion for integrating the silos of faith, work and family. This then carried into his work as a church planter, theological trainer, executive coach, and network entrepreneur for the past quarter-century.
As a VOCARE principal, Dru leverages his theological degrees, non-profit work in 20+ countries, leadership with eight startups in the U.S., and experience as a spiritual director to guide entrepreneurs to deep wholeness for themselves, and lasting purpose for their enterprises.
The Vocare Guild
The training arm of Vocare, known as the Guild, is a life-long learning community. It begins with a two-year initial curriculum for those who want to eventually become Forum facilitators, or advisors to family and closely-held businesses.
